Primrose School of Round Rock at Forest Creek is a Privately owned Cognia accredited school. We are currently looking for a qualified Preschool Sales and Marketing Coordinator. We are looking for a candidate who has a background in early childhood (2+ years of working in a child care center), organization skills, AND great people skills to serve our Private Preschool children whose ages range from infants through after-school care. The position is a Full-Time position where you will be under the supervision of the School Director. REQUIREMENTS OF A PRESCHOOL SALES COORDINATOR * MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS OF WORKING IN A CHILD CARE CENTER. * 2+ years Experience in sales, marketing or customer service. * High energy individual that feels comfortable making decisions * Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills * Strong organization skills, and can multi-task * Social media proficiency (Facebook, Instagram, Canva) * Willing to learn to drive a 14-passenger vehicle for field trip transportation (No Special License Required) * Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PRESCHOOL SALES COORDINATOR * Conduct Tours and follow up with potential customers * Support school events and marketing initiatives * Conduct Internal and External School events. * Complete new student files and enter information into our software * Courteously and confidently answer all incoming phone calls * Confidently make on the fly scheduling decisions to direct teachers where to go * Greet and converse with teachers and parents and build trusted relationships * Performs other duties as assigned BENEFITS FOR A PRESCHOOL SALES AND MARKETING COORDINATOR * Competitive Pay * Health, Vision, and Dental insurance * Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays * Formal Ongoing Training Program * Excellent Advancement Opportunities * Employee discount Job Type: Full-time Schedule: * Monday to Friday * English (Required) Work Location: In person.
