Store Name/Number: NC | Greensboro Role Title: Guest Service Associate (GSA) At a Glance Responsibilities: Provide top tier customer service (what we call, the Ultimate Guest Experience!), sales education, opening, closing, light cleaning & organizing, restocking retail, becoming an expert on all things EWC! Core Focus: Guest Experience + Sales Hourly (Non-Exempt): $13/hr+sales commission + rebook bonus (Average $16-$20/hr) Hourly Status: Full Time Schedule: A mixture of AM shifts + PM shifts and one weekend day per week is required. Scheduling Requirements: We are seeking team members with flexible schedules and the ability to work the following shifts: * Monday - Friday | 7:25 am to 2:15 pm and 1:55 pm to 9:15pm * Saturday | 7:25 am to 6:15 pm * Sunday | 8:25 am to 6:15 pm All Guest Service Associates (Retail Sales Associate) are required to work at least (1) weekend day per week and maintain a consistent schedule.
