Sales Account Executive Location : Tampa, FL - In Office About the Role We are seeking a Sales Account Executives to join our dynamic freight and logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business across multiple transportation modes including Full Truckload (FTL), Box Truck, Sprinter Van, Drayage, and Less Than Truckload (LTL) services. Key Responsibilities Develop and secure new customer relationships across various freight transportation modes Calculate and provide competitive freight pricing quotes Coordinate with the Carrier Sales Team for freight execution Manage customer communications and operational duties during the first year Build and maintain strong carrier relationships Conduct regular customer visits and maintain ongoing relationships Handle operational communication Continue involvement in quoting and relationship management after transitioning to Account Manager support Skills & Qualifications Sales experience (B2B preferred) Cold Calling Experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Proficiency in relevant technology and CRM/TMS systems Experience in freight sales and logistics (preferred) Compensation & Benefits Base Salary plus commission Additional Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Unlimited vacation policy Performance Bonus All after-hours and admin are handled by our operations team.
