About us The NCDA San Diego County serves as a hub for the franchise dealer network in San Diego. We provide staffing opportunities for participating dealers with qualified active candidates from our California Sales Training Academy. New Car Dealers Association San Diego County Seeking applicants for Automotive Sales Training in San Diego County. We provide no cost certificate training at our facility with the opportunity to apply at local San Diego Dealers. Your information will be submitted for registration for the California Sales Training Academy. This program allows the opportunity for participants to apply to over 50 dealers in San Diego County upon completion. Participation in the program is FREE! Skills / Requirements: - Must have valid US driver's license and a clean driving record. - Must be 18 years of age or older. - Must have a great attitude and willingness to learn. - Must be able to attend classes in person in Mira Mesa for four consecutive days.
