Duties * Engage with potential clients through telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and increase policy sales * Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs to recommend appropriate auto insurance coverage options * Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements * Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones * Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, explaining policy details, and guiding clients through the purchasing process * Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) when handling sensitive information Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets * Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are a plus) * Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable coverage options * Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM systems for managing client data and tracking leads * Knowledge of marketing principles to promote insurance products effectively * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships * Ability to adapt communication styles for diverse audiences and handle telemarketing calls confidently * Familiarity with benefits administration and benefits-related regulations is advantageous Embark on a rewarding career path where your proactive approach and passion for sales will make a real difference.
