Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities: * Communicate Frontier Communications' products and services to customers face to face. * Participate in opportunities with experienced representatives to observe effective needs analysis, objection resolution, and closing strategies. * Manage assigned customer accounts by monitoring performance indicators, ensuring service expectations are met, and maintaining high satisfaction levels. * Contribute to team strategy sessions by sharing insights that improve customer engagement and conversion outcomes. * Develop leadership and professional skills through ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and increasing team involvement. * Accurately document customer interactions, account activity, and updates within CRM systems to ensure consistency and accountability. Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications: * Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities. * Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. * Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone are required. * Professional presence with a willingness to learn and receive feedback. * Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
