About the Brand We are a rapidly growing, elevated, fashion-forward, sun-safe athleisure apparel brand in the golf and equestrian space. As we continue to expand our wholesale footprint with key retailers across the U.S. and Europe, we are seeking driven sales talent to help accelerate our next phase of growth. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to manage and grow a wholesale book of business with an annual revenue target of approximately $500,000. This role is responsible for driving sales across existing accounts while identifying and developing new wholesale opportunities. Reporting directly to the President, the Inside Sales Account Manager will play a critical role in executing our wholesale strategy through strong account management, prospecting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver sales growth, optimize account performance, and represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. About You You are an ambitious, self-motivated apparel sales professional with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding wholesale sales targets. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and are motivated by results. You bring strong business acumen, the ability to think strategically, and a passion for building lasting relationships with retail partners. You are equally comfortable managing existing accounts and opening new doors. Key Responsibilities * Own and manage a wholesale account portfolio with an annual revenue goal of approximately $500K * Drive growth within existing accounts while prospecting and onboarding new wholesale partners * Pursue new business opportunities with major and mid-size retailers (e.g., Dick's Sporting Goods, Dillard's, Scheels) * Liaise with independent sales reps as needed to support territory performance and account growth * Analyze monthly sales performance, bookings, and profitability to inform selling strategies * Maintain regular communication with accounts to present collections, manage reorders, and support sell-through * Attend national trade shows and key market appointments as required * Partner with Design and Production teams on assortment planning and merchandising strategies * Collaborate with Operations to ensure efficient order processing, policies, and procedures * Accurately manage accounts from order placement through fulfillment, including EDI and major retail compliance Additional & Preferred Qualifications * 3-5+ years of wholesale apparel sales or account management experience * Established relationships with major and mid-size retailers preferred * Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills * Experience managing major retail accounts, including purchase orders, advertising contributions, chargebacks, and markdown dollars * Ability to analyze data and solve problems to achieve optimal outcomes * Proven ability to manage account territories and prioritize effectively * Highly organized self-starter able to work independently with general direction * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Zoom, and related productivity tools * Experience with Shopify, NetSuite, and EDI systems preferred Compensation The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package including base salary, commission tied to performance, health benefits, 401(k) and potential short- and/or long-term incentives.
