Position Overview As a Health Insurance Sales Executive, you will meet with individuals looking for medical coverage, guide them through their options, and help them secure the best plan. You'll learn proven sales strategies, build long-term client relationships, and grow your income quickly in a competitive and rewarding field. Key Responsibilities * Develop effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets * Educate clients on health plans, benefits, and coverage options * Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships * Conduct product walkthroughs and clearly communicate plan features * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions * Identify new business opportunities through market and client analysis * Negotiate pricing and close profitable contracts * Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up * Participate in ongoing training and professional development * Obtain a 2-15 Health & Life License (required -- we assist you through the process) Qualifications * Outside sales experience preferred (not required) * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple accounts * Confident on the phone and comfortable with basic computer skills * Positive, energetic attitude * Highly coachable and eager to learn * Able to work independently and within a team * Must have a personal computer or laptop Compensation & Benefits * First-year earning potential: $75,000 -$150,000+ * Opportunities for rapid advancement * Comprehensive training and one-on-one leadership development * Supportive, competitive, and collaborative team culture * Performance-based bonuses and incentives * Flexibility to build your own schedule after training Schedule * Starting agents typically work 50 -60 hours per week during training * After completing training, agents may create their own schedule * This position is in-person and commission only Why Join Us?
