Apply for our Selling Branch Manager position today! The Branch Manager is responsible for providing leadership, planning, organization and direction to activities and strategies for branch staff to ensure the operational and financial performance is maintained and goals for profit margin and revenue are achieved. Along with meeting or exceeding other company goals. Managing branch development and operations within established budgets and staying in compliance with the Company's policies and procedures in accordance with all applicable federal, state or local laws. Essential Functions and Responsibilities This is a very sales oriented position! Oversee day-to-day operations of branch and assists when needed Respond to and effectively mitigate complaints Ensure that profit margins, market sharing, P&Ls, net operating income, sales budgets, control costs and revenue goals are met and/or exceeded. Utilize and develop a relational sales approach to increase sales opportunities nd perform outside sales calls across a diverse customer base for maximum profitability. Balance time between operations and sales Ensure employee & workers safety through varies avenues Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Any knowledge of CRMs & ATS systems is preferred! General Knowledge of Technology Understanding of Google Suite & Microsoft Office programs Typing with accuracy and proficiency Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills Develop strategies to disseminate information. Experience with Sales preferred Basic mathematical skills to include addition, subtraction and problem solving Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; or equivalent experience highly preferred Physical Demands and Abilities * Heavy outside sales experience is preferred but not required * Must be able to remain in a stationary position majority of time * Keyboarding- entering data into computer or other system * Occasionally move about inside the office to access filing cabinets, office equipment * The person in this position frequently communicates with customers and staff who have billing and wage payment inquiries and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations * The person in this position constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a fax machine, phone or kiosk * Travel to and from customer work sites as needed * Frequently work on sales projects with deadlines * Frequently bend to file and maintain files and documents * Occasionally move boxes between 5-10 pounds * Vision abilities include close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision * Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate * Bilingual preferred LaborMax Staffing is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity.
