Summary We're on the lookout for individuals with a deep passion for ushering in next- generation technology within the quality management space. This role, a Sales Director position for the North American market, involves promoting our innovative cloud-based quality management solution, designed for intuitive use, easy implementation, and straightforward maintenance. Our solutions are critical to operations across various global manufacturing sectors, including General Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and Automotive. This role focuses on software sales, aiming to meet or exceed company and individual sales goals by identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, and understanding customer needs. Familiarity with software tools like Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce.com is advantageous, and while specific product knowledge is preferred, we provide comprehensive training. This position requires some travel and a strong understanding of enterprise Quality, Compliance, & Clinical information systems. Job Responsibilities * Manage North American Team and grow new team members. * Generate new business and meet annual quota targets through sales to both new and existing customers. * Expanding new business by selling solutions to medium to large market accounts across North America. * Taking ownership and being accountable for developing strategies to enhance process, efficiency, and productivity within the sales team. * Consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and staffing goals. * Researching and understanding the business goals, objectives, and challenges of potential clients. * Effectively communicating recommendations to the appropriate leadership level within potential companies. * Establishing a professional network to create a pipeline of business opportunities. * Providing accurate and timely sales forecasts to management at various levels. * Communicating and collaborating effectively with both internal and external partners to achieve results. * Actively engaging in the development and execution of sales strategies, events, and campaigns. * Being accountable for achieving necessary sales and revenue goals. * Leading the strategic account management process to ensure effective support and management of the account management team. * Working collaboratively across departments to develop cohesive account strategies and ensure successful client outcomes. * Focusing on expanding our client base by cross-selling and upselling to enhance client benefits and overall value from our solutions. * Being responsible for the growth and success of both new and existing accounts, including retention and business expansion. As a leader, you're tasked with driving overall ARR growth and managing a team. * Continuously hiring, mentoring, and developing Sales Managers and Account Executives, which involves recruiting, training, and coaching new team members. * Accurately predicting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue figures. * Supporting your team as an executive sponsor during sales cycles, especially when engaging with executives within the account or during complex negotiations. Required Skills * Ability to grasp new business processes and software systems. * Skilled at mapping complex processes and demonstrating the value of our solutions. * Highly motivated and capable of working both independently and with a team. * Proficient in developing customer references through excellent client relationships and technical support. * Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating customer proposals. * In-depth knowledge of enterprise Quality, Compliance, & Clinical information systems, such as (ETQ, Master Control, Sparta Systems (Trackwise), Pilgrim Software (IQVIA), AssurX, Veeva, Medidata, Intelex, Qualio and any other) is essential. Education & Experience * BS/BA in business or a relevant field, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. * Experience in sales, particularly with EQMS Systems, ERP/MES systems, CRM, HCM, or EPM/BI/Analytics, is highly beneficial. * Experience in selling on-premise and cloud SaaS solutions, including conversions, is a plus. * Prior sales experience representing EQMS Systems, ERP/MES/ systems, CRM (Customer Experience, HCM (Human Capital Management, EPM/BI/Analytics (enterprise performance management) a plus. * Must possess outstanding communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
