As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing solutions, and close projects in-home. No roof climbing needed--our technology handles all measurements. What You'll Do * Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners--no cold calling or lead generation required. * Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale. No roof climbing required. * Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development. What's In It for You * 100% commission W-2 role with uncapped earnings + monthly bonuses. * On target earnings between $150K-$320K+ annually. * Pre-set qualified leads--focus on closing, not prospecting. * 6 weeks of paid training, plus earn full commission -- not a draw. * Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k). * Car allowance & mileage reimbursement * Cell phone allowance & company provided iPad What It Takes To Succeed * Resilience and ability to handle rejection without being discouraged. * Ability to drive 100 miles a day on average. * Availability to work evenings and weekends. * Comfortable working in a commission-based role. * Strong ability to navigate complex conversations and close deals on the spot. * Technological proficiency in using an iPad. * Submit to a background screening. * Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
