Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Roofing Sales Consultant with previous roofing or solar experience. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work at a roofing company that has a proven track record and will NOT change commission structures. You'll use your consultative selling skills to assess roofing needs, educate homeowners, and close deals. Responsibilities * Conduct inspections and assessments of residential/commercial roofs. * Educate homeowners on roofing options, materials, and warranties. * Present quotes and negotiate contracts with clients. * Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline reporting. * Coordinate with project managers and crews to ensure smooth job execution. * Develop strong relationships with referral sources, including solar professionals, insurance adjusters, and realtors. * Leverage prior solar customer networks to generate roofing leads. Experience * 1-3 years of roofing, solar sales, or home improvement sales experience. * Proven ability to close high-ticket deals through in-home consultations. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Understanding of residential construction or roofing (training provided). * Willingness to learn insurance claim processes related to storm damage (if applicable). * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
