Hiring: Sales And Treatment Coordinator for Dental Office Are you a skilled sales professional with a passion for helping patients? About the Role We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator who can confidently conduct direct sales and help patients move forward with their treatment plans. A background in dentistry is a big plus! This role requires strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build trust with patients. All of our team members are required to feature in our promotional/educational videos posted on Social media and streaming platforms so willing to features in videos is a job requirement. Recorded video - select candidates are required to record a short video (script provided) and submit it for consideration. In-Person Interview - For select candidates who move forward with in- person interview. Qualifications: Experience in direct sales (previous big-ticket sales training and experience is big plus) Strong communication & persuasion skills. Responsibilities * Coordinate between all marketing partners, evaluate and create reports on their venue performance. * Conduct one-on-one consultations with patients to present and explain treatment plans. * Overcome objections and educate patients on the value of treatment to increase case acceptance. * Follow up with patients who have pending treatment plans to encourage scheduling.
