About the Role
We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator who can confidently conduct direct sales and help patients move forward with their treatment plans. A background in dentistry is a big plus! This role requires strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build trust with patients. All of our team members are required to feature in our promotional/educational videos posted on Social media and streaming platforms so willing to features in videos is a job requirement. Qualifications
: Experience in direct sales (previous big-ticket sales training and experience is big plus) Strong communication & persuasion skills. Ability to guide patients toward treatment acceptance. Knowledge of dental procedures (preferred but not required). Ready to join our team? Apply today!
Responsibilities
- Coordinate between all marketing partners, evaluate and create reports on their venue performance.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with patients to present and explain treatment plans.
- Overcome objections and educate patients on the value of treatment to increase case acceptance.
- Follow up with patients who have pending treatment plans to encourage scheduling. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
