Key Qualifications & Requirements: * Experience managing solution-based or complex sales cycles in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets while managing multiple client priorities. * Understand complex sales procurement processes and technical specifications. * Highly self-motivated and proactive in building a pipeline from scratch. * Capable of self-sourcing leads and generating deals. * Excellent at prospecting through various channels (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, trade shows) and able to pivot quickly based on market trends. * Skilled in rapidly qualifying leads and identifying business opportunities under tight deadlines. * Skilled in cold calling, networking, and leveraging digital tools for lead generation. * Capable of managing long sales cycles and high-value deals, all while staying agile to changing client needs or company strategic initiatives. * Ability to uncover customer pain points and design tailored solutions. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities, balancing short-term wins and long-term partnership development. * Comfortable with managing customer relationships in a multi-stakeholder environment, from engineers to procurement teams. * Proven ability to develop long-term partnerships with engineers, procurement teams, and decision-makers. * Exceptional communication skills, both in presentations and in high-stakes negotiations. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- able to design and propose solutions quickly in response to customer challenges. * Proficiency in using CRM tools (Hubspot experience is a plus). * Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Ability to type efficiently and accurately to manage quotes, proposals, and client correspondence. * Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and site visits. * Ability to quickly grasp technical specifications and communicate them in a way that provides clear value to customers or partners. * Comfort with technical specifications and ability to translate them into customer value. * Familiarity with industrial sectors such as manufacturing, process control, or mechanical-engineered systems. * Minimum 1+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record of success in industries like industrial equipment, engineered systems, or manufacturing solutions. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred but not always required if experience is strong).
