As a locally-owned company, we believe in ownership, accountability, and shared success. learn more at wildwoodgrilling.com We're seeking an Account Manager to support our small New Business Development team while actively managing and growing existing customer accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both relationship management and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities * Manage and expand a portfolio of existing customer accounts * Partner with the New Business Development team to support prospecting, onboarding, and account launches * Build strong, long-term customer relationships to drive retention and revenue growth * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts * Manage your sales pipeline using Pipedrive and other CRM tools * Conduct warm and cold outreach to develop new business opportunities as needed * Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure excellent execution * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy * Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals * Maintain deep knowledge of Wildwood Grilling products and industry trends Qualifications * Demonstrated experience in Account Management (2+ years of related expereince required) * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred * Proven success managing and growing customer relationships * Strong business development and relationship-building skills * Excellent communication and organizational abilities * Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology * Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven * Valid driver's license required Benefits * Health & Dental Insurance * HSA Account * 401(k) with company match * Up to five weeks per year of Paid Time Off * Paid holidays * Paid Parental Leave Physical Requirements * Ability to sit for most of the workday sitting (or standing) at a computer * Ability to use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, phone, and other office equipment * Ability to visually focus on a computer screen and printed materials for extended periods * Ability to communicate verbally and in writing * Ability to occasionally stand, walk, and climb stairs within the office environment * Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 30 pounds Equal Employment Opportunity Wildwood Grilling is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
