HYDRATE of the Carolinas is opening in Charleston! We are a new and innovative water dispensing dealership for Borg & Overtrom products. Borg & Overstrom designs and manufacturers innovative, elegantly designed, sustainability minded drinking water solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. With a growing network of customers and partners, we are expanding the product reach and seeking a results-driven Sales Associates to be part of our dynamic team. The Sales Associate will execute defined sales activities, build client relationships, and execute sales efforts in a defined territory. This role requires a combination of self-starter initiative, entrepreneurial drive, and aptitude to learn product features. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and contact potential customers * Understand customer needs and recommend potential water dispensing solutions * Educate customers on product features, benefits, and pricing * Build customer relationships through timely and high-quality presentations and and follow-ups during the sales process * Meet and exceed outbound contact metrics and monthly sales goals * Support marketing and promotional activities as needed * Work collaboratively with your team and report to the Sales Manager * Attend networking events, shows, and gain referrals for future campaigns Qualifications: * Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment * High school diploma or equivalent * Sales or retail experience is a plus, but not required * Experience in water purification, dispensing, or HVAC industries is a strong plus * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed Benefits: * Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and additional performance-based incentives for personal and team productivity * Insurance after 90 days of successful employment * Paid time off and holidays * Ongoing training and professional development * Company shirts/quarter zips and backpack with logo and necessary technology for impressive presentations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
