The Will Leather Goods flagship store in Portland is in a high-energy location and requires a high-energy, experienced salesperson for this full- time position. 10+ years of experience in luxury merchandise retail sales is required. The successful candidate: * Must be articulate and capable of expressing brand message to guests. * Must have a high level of professionalism in a fast paced sales environment. * Theatrical/ acting/public speaking a plus * A performative, poised, outgoing personality. * Experience with upscale clientele. * College degree preferred. * A proven track record of merchandising expertise is part of the successful candidate's profile. * Assist customers in selecting products and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience. * Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash and processing transactions accurately. * Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure a well-organized store environment. * Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and assist in merchandising efforts. * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations. * Demonstrate product knowledge and perform product demos when necessary.
