Commercial & Industrial HVAC/R + Roofing Sales Representative We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in commercial and industrial HVAC, refrigeration, roofing, or mechanical services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who understands the technical aspects of our industry and can build long-term client relationships. Responsibilities: * Develop and manage new and existing commercial accounts * Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and propose HVAC/R, roofing, and mechanical solutions * Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and maintenance agreements * Coordinate with operations, service teams, subcontractors, and vendors * Track sales activity and maintain customer records * Support project scheduling, permitting, and logistical planning (e.g., crane coordination) Required Experience & Skills: * Proven experience selling commercial HVAC, refrigeration, roofing, or mechanical services * Strong understanding of: * RTUs, split systems, walk-in coolers/freezers * Ductwork, ventilation, controls, and air distribution * Reroofs, roof repairs, coatings, leak investigations * Preventive maintenance agreements * Working knowledge of Florida building codes, permitting processes, hurricane reinforcements, and inspection requirements * Familiarity with crane lifts, equipment change-outs, and safety protocols * Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications * Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills * Valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred Qualifications: * Existing book of commercial contacts in Florida * Experience with service-based recurring revenue models * Understanding of project management workflows Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Health savings account * Paid time off * Vision insurance Pay Type: * Salary Supplemental Pay: * Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: * Sarasota, FL 34243: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) USA Groups is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
