In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply (Not necessary for hire). Duties * Engage with potential clients through various channels and in house lead generation. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. * Analyze customer requirements and negotiate terms to close sales effectively. * Utilize GHL CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities ( Will be taught if you have no experience with the CRM ). * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth. * Conduct follow-ups with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities for sales. * Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or inside sales roles is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. * Experience with lead generation techniques and cold calling strategies. * Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus. * Ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals. * Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage but not mandatory. * A proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets and personal development.
