About The Position As a Sales Representative and Fundraising Coach for Fundraising University, you will be at the forefront of championing high school sports and developing strong relationships within your assigned territory. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include direct sales, relationship building with teachers, coaches and athletic directors, and managing your territory effectively using our custom CRM system. This role is designed for ambitious individuals seeking a flexible schedule. With our industry-leading 1099 commission structure , there is significant un-capped earning potential, with top performers achieving six-figure incomes by their second year. You will receive comprehensive training and support, ensuring you have the tools needed to succeed. Qualifications - Required: Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or coaching. - Preferred: Background as an athlete or coach, with a genuine passion for sports and youth athletics. - Required: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse groups, including coaches and community leaders. - Preferred: Prior experience in fundraising or a related industry. - Required: Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment. - Preferred: Entrepreneurial spirit, eager to build a successful career with autonomy in decision-making.
