We're scaling fast and looking for elite sales professionals who can own territory, close complex deals, and represent a disruptive product to business leaders nationwide. The Opportunity We are looking for a highly motivated, outbound-focused Business Development Representative to help fuel our pipeline and accelerate growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, mining accounts, creating opportunity from scratch, and consistently opening doors with new prospects. You will play a critical role in building pipeline for the sales organization and will be a key contributor to Sabhi's revenue engine. What You 'll Do * Own high-volume outbound prospecting efforts including cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other creative outreach strategies * Identify, research, and mine target accounts to uncover new buying opportunities * Engage decision-makers and influencers to generate qualified meetings and opportunities * Consistently meet or exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline generation targets * Qualify prospects using established frameworks and hand off well-developed opportunities to Account Executives * Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM (Salesforce or similar) * Collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and account executives to refine messaging and targeting * Continuously refine outreach strategies based on data, feedback, and performance results What We 're Looking For * 1-3+ years of experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR, or inside sales , preferably in SaaS or B2B technology * Strong phone presence and comfort with cold calling and rejection * Proven ability to prospect, hunt, and build pipeline from the ground up * Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up skills * Competitive, driven, and results-oriented mindset * Coachable with a strong desire to learn and advance in sales * Familiarity with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus Why Sabhi Software * Significant earning upside with uncapped commission tied directly to performance * Clear career path into Account Executive and senior sales roles * Opportunity to make an immediate impact at a growing SaaS company * Supportive leadership that values transparency, collaboration, and development * Exposure to real-world SaaS sales execution, not just activity for activity's sake * Competitive base salary + variable compensation * Be part of a team that values hustle, integrity, and winning the right way Who Thrives Here This role is perfect for someone who: * Loves outbound prospecting and building something from nothing * Wants control over their income and career progression * Enjoys working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented SaaS environment * Is energized by goals, metrics, and winning new business Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Experience: * B2B sales: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Tampa, FL 33602 (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tampa, FL 33602
