Key Responsibilities: -Sales Focused: * Proactively make outbound calls and handle inbound calls to quote and bind auto, home, and life insurance. * Meet with new business prospects and deliver compelling presentations. * Assist with quoting personal lines insurance and follow up with customers to complete the sales process. * Build relationships with referral partners such as mortgage lenders and real estate agents. * Maintain product knowledge and create brokerage quotes and applications. * Visit properties for field underwriting and take photos. * Cross-sell to current customers. -Service Oriented: * Assist with incoming phone calls and help resolve billing issues and policy transactions. * Deliver outstanding customer experiences. What We 're Looking For: -Skills: * Positive, upbeat attitude. * Outstanding follow-up abilities. * Excellent communication skills (phone, written, interpersonal). * Ability to prioritize and transition between tasks quickly and efficiently. -Traits: * Coachable and accountable. * Strong work ethic and ability to produce high-quality work. * Fast learner. -Education & Experience: * High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred. * Must obtain property & casualty & life insurance licenses within 30 days of job offer * Candidate does not officially start until licensed.
