The Role: Consultative, Not Transactional You aren't just "selling" products; you are a consultant helping neighbors improve their families lives with expert solutions for their in home comfort, safety and efficiency. Your Day-to-Day: * Self Generated Work: Driven by referrals, door knocking, cold calling, etc. * In-Home Consultations: Meet with customers to assess their systems and present premium solutions that fit their needs. * Relationship Management: Build long-term trust to drive repeat business and referrals. * Lead Execution: Proactively follow up on company-generated leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities. * Education: Simplify complex HVAC, plumbing, and electrical options--including financing and service plans--so customers can make informed decisions. * Team Collaboration: Partner with our expert installation teams to ensure the customer's vision becomes a reality. * Growth: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. * Development: Work with a team driven by lateral support and accountability to improve your skill pm a daily basis. Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen. * Preferred: Experience in home services sales (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) and CRM proficiency.
