Full description of the position

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find an Inside Sales Representative with plastic fabrication experience for a well- established manufacturing company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound sales activity, developing new business, and growing existing customer accounts while building strong, long-term relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with industry knowledge and a customer-focused mindset. As an Inside Sales Representative, you 'll be responsible for: * Answering inbound phone calls and responding to customer inquiries * Developing new business through proactive outreach and lead follow-up * Managing and growing existing customer accounts * Preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams * Building and maintaining strong customer relationships * Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate plastic fabrication solutions * Tracking sales activity and customer interactions using CRM systems * Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals * Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process What you 'll need: * Inside sales experience required * Plastic fabrication experience required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency with basic computer systems and sales software Perks: * Salary range of $50,000 -$65,000 annually, based on experience * Relocation assistance available (at the discretion of the hiring manager) * Monday -Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Career growth and advancement opportunities * Stable work environment within a manufacturing organization Click Apply Now to be considered for the Inside Sales Representative role, or visit our website at [please apply online] to explore other available opportunities.
