Envision Branding is a business solutions and marketing firm that specializes in producing free real estate folders for over 1500 real estate offices nationwide. We are currently looking motivated, high energy lead generators to cold call real estate Brokers/Owners across the country and provide lead generation to our booking department. These lead generators will work directly with our Booking Manager on what areas to target for cold outreach. This position includes both an hourly rate, unlimited daily cash spiff, weekly and monthly bonuses. Check us out: [please apply online] DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Generate new relationships with real estate offices across the country - Generate 80-120 cold calls a day to properties all over the U.S. COMMUNICATION WILL INCLUDE A LOT OF TEXTING & EMAILING ALONG WITH COLD CALLS - Work with sales staff to deliver properties in targeted regions - Understand and value the products and services we provide - Good Attendance - Team Player COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - $18.00/hour + Daily Cash Spiff + Bonus (based on performance) - Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm (35 HOUR WORK WEEK) Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
