Duties - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis Qualifications - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Knowledge of wireless sales, jewelry sales, or technical sales is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent time management skills - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Multilingual abilities are a bonus As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding the right products, and processing sales transactions.
