Technical Product / Sales Specialist Maedler North America is the official distributor of the German company Maedler GmbH. With a large inventory of over 38,000 products in stock, we supply North America with high quality products. We are looking for a intelligent, curiosity driven technical product sales specialist, with strong interpersonal skills to join our dynamic team. The product sales specialist will be trained to understand the function and usage of the products. Your responsibilities include establishing customer needs, suggesting appropriate products, and recommending additional products. To be a successful product specialist, you should be able to develop an excellent rapport with our existing customers and new clients. A top-notch product specialist should have the ability to break down technical terminology to non-technical clients. The Technical Product Sales Specialists responsibilities are : * Establishing the needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products. * Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential new customers * Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable. * Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise. * Keeping customers informed about new products. * Preparing proposals and technical information for customers. * Updating records of customer communications and contact information. * Create technical material for marketing purposes * Work closely with our shipping department The Technical Product Sales Specialists job requirements are: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * The ability to identify and follow up on leads. * Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance. * Good computer and electronic media skills * College degree Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * work: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Bradenton, FL 34211 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
