Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Developing and Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. LG Auto and Truck & Trailer is seeking a Sales Representative to drive new business and manage accounts for fleets, truck & trailer, RV, and Bus collision and refinish work. You'll qualify jobs, coordinate on-site assessments, and turn estimates into approvals for fleets, logistics operators, Goverment Fleets, and Owner-operators. The ideal candidate understands the industry pressures, communicates ETA and scope clearly, and builds long-term relationships that keep units on the road. If you're proactive, detail-driven, and energized by closing complex repair work, we might be the perfect candidate. Duties * Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, client visits, networking events, and referrals. * Maintain and grow current client relationships while actively seeking opportunities for upselling. * Present LG Auto Body and Truck & Trailer's services with professionalism and clarity. * Conduct in-person client visits daily, ensuring continuous engagement. * Close deals and coordinate with service teams to ensure delivery and satisfaction. * Report all activity daily, including leads visited, sales in progress, and follow-ups. * Maintain CRM and digital logs with accurate and timely data entry. * Submit weekly expense reports and mileage logs for reimbursement tracking. * Adhere to all company values and customer service standards.Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. * Utilize sales techniques to promote products and services, driving customer engagement and satisfaction. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. * Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance overall service delivery. * Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback on their experience. Experience * Experience in commission-based or field sales (preferred). * Background in vehicle, truck, or fleet-related industries is a plus. * Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required. * Tech-savvy with basic CRM and reporting software knowledge. * Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on active listening. * Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and poise. * Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. * A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
