Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic HVAC Sales Engineer / Project Manager to drive growth and deliver exceptional solutions in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry. This role combines technical expertise with project management skills to develop tailored HVAC solutions, manage complex projects from inception to completion, and foster strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be energetic, proactive, and passionate about delivering commercial level innovative HVAC systems that meet client needs while ensuring seamless project execution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of HVAC technology, leveraging technical sales strategies and project management excellence to achieve outstanding results. Duties * Engage with clients to understand their HVAC requirements and provide comprehensive technical consultations * Develop detailed project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and resource planning. * Manage multiple HVAC projects simultaneously, coordinating with engineering teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery. * Oversee project execution from design through installation, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks. * Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and resolving issues promptly. * Support business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and building lasting client relationships. * Prospect and develop new customer relationships in a specific vertical market. Experience * Proven experience in HVAC sales engineering or technical sales roles within the HVAC industry. * 2 year HVAC technical or 4 year Bachelor degree in Engineering preferred by not required. * Strong project management background with demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from start to finish * Knowledge of pre-sales processes including needs assessment, solution design, proposal development, and client engagement. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
