Position: Studio Ambassador For Palm Bay, FL We are looking for a Studio Ambassador that will assist potential buyers with the purchasing process at our New Home Design Studio. The successful candidate will follow a proven process designed to give a customer all the information they need to make a decision. We value our customers and want them to be treated professionally and courteously. Responsibilities * Follow a proven sales process. * Build relationships and engage buyers and real estate agents by going the extra mile. * Greet and assist potential buyers, negotiate sales and guide customers through the purchase process. * Explain homes features, pricing, rent-to-own options and provide home tours. Requirements * Previous sales experience. * Track record of success. * Strong communication skills. * Customer focused and adaptability to different personality types. * Ability to multi task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
