This role involves working directly with customers sales and troubleshooting and resolve issues related to computer hardware, networking, and software. The Field Representative will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally and that client needs are met efficiently. Duties * You must have copier experience in this field * Conduct on-site visits to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment. * Utilize schematics and technical documentation to troubleshoot issues effectively. * Work with OEM products and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications. * Provide support for computer hardware and networking issues, ensuring connectivity and performance. * Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform repairs and adjustments as necessary. * Collaborate with IT teams to address software troubleshooting needs. * Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. * Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on service status and recommendations. Qualifications * Proven experience in field service or as a service technician. * Strong understanding of computer hardware components and networking principles. * Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings is preferred. * Proficient in using hand tools and mechanical equipment. * Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues quickly. * Experience in IT support or troubleshooting software problems is a plus. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
