Position Overview We are seeking an Interior Designer & High-End Sales Consultant who can confidently manage both the design and client-facing aspects of our projects. This role requires a strong understanding of European luxury interiors, solid understanding of interior design principles, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through the decision-making and sales process in a professional and structured manner. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with high-end products, understands how to present design value clearly, and can manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Sales * Represent Aksesuar Design's products and services with a deep, comprehensive understanding of our European collections, materials, and design philosophy. * Stay informed on European design trends, high-end materials, functional innovations, and luxury market expectations. * Lead client consultations by identifying needs, lifestyle requirements, budgets, and design expectations, positioning Aksesuar Design as a trusted design authority. * Actively generate and manage leads, nurturing long-term relationships with homeowners, builders, developers, interior designers, architects, realtors, and contractors. * Prepare and present high-level design proposals, quotations, and documentation suitable for executive and luxury clientele. * Maintain structured follow-ups and a disciplined daily schedule to move clients through the design and sales pipeline. Design & Project Development * Design and oversee jobsite execution for kitchens, bathrooms, closets, and full-scope interior renovation projects. * Develop tailored layouts, space planning solutions, and material selections aligned with Aksesuar Design's luxury standards. * Conduct site visits, take precise measurements, and gather all technical information required for accurate planning and production. * Ensure all drawings, layouts, and specifications are complete, accurate, and suitable for on-site execution, and clearly communicated to internal teams and external partners. * Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout the entire design process to prevent errors during production and installation. * Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers during renovation/construction processes. * Attend national and international European industry trade shows, networking events, and design-related conferences to build brand awareness and professional relationships. Qualifications & Skills * Proven experience in interior design, luxury interiors, or high-end design sales (kitchens, bathrooms, closets, or full renovations preferred). * Experienced with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Chief Architect, or WinnerFlex * Strong understanding of European cabinetry systems, materials, finishes, and detailing is preferred. * Strong understanding of construction processes, jobsite coordination, and installation requirements. * Ability to confidently present and sell design concepts, with strong communication and presentation skills suited to high-end clientele. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing, design-driven environment. * Experience working with architects, builders, and developers is a strong plus. * Portfolio demonstrating relevant high-end work is preferred.
