What We Offer * Commission-Based Pay * On company-provided leads & on self-generated leads * Unlimited earning potential with consistent quality leads * Flexible schedule and independence to manage your day * Family-oriented, supportive team culture * Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Key Responsibilities * Present and sell residential and small commercial roofing services to homeowners and businesses * Perform roof inspections and create detailed, customized estimates within 24 hours of the appointment * Prepare accurate and complete contracts using company pricing standards and documentation * Manage customer relationships through every stage -- from estimate to project completion * Collect deposits and final payments from customers and request post-job reviews * Maintain accurate lead and project tracking using company-provided tools (Google Sheets system) * Be present on-site at project start days for client and crew coordination * Communicate proactively with customers before, during, and after projects What We 're Looking For * 1-3+ years of proven roofing sales experience (Required) * Must have proven roofing sales experience. This role requires someone who can jump right in, run leads confidently, and perform with minimal training or supervision. * Knowledge of roofing systems, products, and installation processes * Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills * Highly organized, self-disciplined, and reliable * Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Why Join Star Roofing?
