Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Financial Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial services to clients, helping them navigate their financial needs and goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, with a focus on building lasting relationships through effective outside sales strategies. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up. * Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate products and services. * Engage in outside sales activities, including networking, telemarketing, and attending community events to promote financial offerings. * Negotiate terms and conditions of financial products while ensuring compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA where applicable. * Provide guidance on insurance sales, benefits administration, and overall financial planning. * Collaborate with the sales administration team to ensure accurate documentation and processing of client information. * Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends and client needs, adjusting strategies accordingly. * Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and effectively. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in marketing and sales. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales; experience in insurance sales is a plus. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable. * Familiarity with sales administration processes and customer service best practices. * Ability to analyze data effectively to inform strategic decisions. * Knowledge of benefits administration is advantageous. * Experience in telemarketing is a plus but not required.
