Position Summary: As an Event Lead Generator , you'll be the first point of contact between homeowners and our brand. Your role is to engage event attendees, spark interest in our services, and collect contact information for our sales team to follow up. No hard selling--just friendly, honest conversations and quality lead generation. Responsibilities: * Represent Prince William Home Improvement at community events, home shows, and retail partner locations * Approach and engage with homeowners in a professional, upbeat manner * Educate potential customers on our home improvement services and current promotions * Qualify leads and collect accurate contact information * Set appointments * Maintain a clean and attractive booth display * Meet or exceed daily/weekly lead goals What We 're Looking For: * Outgoing, positive, and approachable personality * Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with new people * Dependable with reliable transportation * Willingness to work weekends and occasional evenings * Prior experience in lead generation, customer service, or sales is a plus--but we'll train the right person!
