Inside Sales Representative / Phone Sales Representative Location: Buchanan, NY Pay Range: $17 - $21/hr + commission (pay based on experience) Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (One Saturday a month) Summary: Successful individuals for the Inside Sales Representative role possess a high level of energy, with an attention to detail towards customized solutions for new and current customers. Daily focus on improvement to drive customer engagement in every way possible with a desire to go above and beyond to help our most valued asset, our client base. Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities: * Initiate daily outbound calls to create sales opportunities. * Skillful within a high-volume inbound call center environment. * Practice a team focused approach with all sales-related activities. * Possess strong customer service abilities for non-sales related issues. * Sense of urgency with all duties and functions. Inside Sales Representative Requirements: * Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner. * Strong technology skill set and ability to navigate multiple systems, proficiency with Office Suite. * Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, especially during "peak season." * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Willing to work nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.
