*Sales Representative - Swimming Pool Construction (1099) Territory: Greater Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, & Central Florida Company: Sunny Pools USA (Headquartered in Orlando, FL) Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Compensation: $80K-$120K+ annually (based on performance) Perks: Company vehicle provided for work-related travel Drive Revenue. We're looking for a strategic, performance-driven Sales Representative who can build relationships, close deals, and help elevate our reputation as Florida's top fiberglass pool builder. About Sunny Pools USA Headquartered in Orlando, Sunny Pools USA has installed 200+ fiberglass pools across Central Florida. Our growth is fueled by quality craftsmanship, operational efficiency, and a customer-first approach. As we enter new markets on the West Coast, we're looking for leaders -- not order takers. Your Role & Strategic Focus * Activate a warm lead database (2,500+ contacts) in Central Florida * Develop a local pipeline in the Greater Tampa Bay region via events, referrals, and partnerships * Position Sunny Pools as a top-tier provider in underdeveloped territories * Partner with leadership to shape local sales strategy and community engagement Key Responsibilities * Own the sales process from consultation through contract signing * Conduct site inspections and backyard measurements for accurate quoting * Deliver confident, value-based presentations that lead to decisive action * Guide clients through financing, payment schedules, and project timelines * Log pipeline activity using Pipedrive CRM to ensure accountability * Represent Sunny Pools at industry events, BNI groups, and home shows * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client success and territory growth What You Bring * Proven track record in high-value residential or construction sales * Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on margin and value * Strong relationship-building and follow-up discipline * Based in or near Tampa Bay/St. Petersburg and open to Central Florida travel * Technologically fluent (CRM, Google Workspace, virtual presentations) * Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided) * Preferred: Experience in pool sales, home improvement, or residential construction * Bonus: Bilingual (English + Spanish or Portuguese) Compensation & Ramp-Up Support * Commission: 6% on all full-price projects (lower on discounted sales) * Recoverable Draw: $3,500/month for the first 90 days (to provide income stability while you build your pipeline) * Company Vehicle: Provided for business-related travel * Territory Ownership: Full autonomy with warm leads and support from leadership Why Join Sunny Pools USA * Be part of a targeted expansion strategy across Florida * Lead in a territory with both warm leads and untapped potential * Represent a trusted brand with exceptional customer satisfaction * Collaborate directly with executive leadership on sales direction * Enjoy the autonomy of an independent contractor with the backing of a strong operations team.
