Full description of the position

The Sales Support & Enrollment Specialists are accountable for educating members and salespeople on the company's products and services. They uncover opportunities through enrollment activities that help increase membership and build support for MediExcel Health Plan (MEHP). They can communicate in English and Spanish to establish and maintain customer relationships. They collaborate with Sales & Client Management to support new sales documentation and renewal proposals. They coordinate internally to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of prospective members. The Sales Support & Enrollment Specialists can also be called on to create sales opportunities through targeted special events, channel visits, trade shows, and other external activities. Responsibilities (include but not limited to): * Conduct enrollment meetings and communicate MEHP programs. * Analyze open enrollment opportunities and develop and execute strategies to maximize MEHP visibility and membership growth. * Proactively communicate the advantages of MEHP and link to customer business needs. * Support brokers to ensure understanding of products and services. * Coordinate activities and staffing for meetings and presentations. * Keep customers informed on health care industry trends. * Understand the overall account strategy and implement communication strategies. * Support channel sales and client management goals. * Understand the primary initiatives of the company. * Develop marketing kits in preparation for events and site visits. * Works with the client to determine group-specific enrollment needs. * Comfortable with speaking publicly and in large group settings. * Travel 30% to regional external sales event or client site visits. * Could be asked to lead tours for brokers, clients at Tijuana facilities.
