Job Summary: Now hiring in Sarasota, Bradenton, St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Lakeland. We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, following up on internally generated leads, analyzing market trends, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, cold- calling, and possess excellent customer service skills. Duties: - Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and expand customer base - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends - Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients - Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation - Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitors, and technological advancements Experience: - Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field - Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities - Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively - Technical sales experience preferred - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus - Proficiency in Jobber or other CRM software is a plus - Willingness to drum up business through door-knocking and cold-calling is a must - Exceptional customer service skills We offer competitive commission structures.
