Entry-Level Sales Associate Location: Norton, MA Industry: Cold Storage Real Estate / Food & Beverage Logistics About the Opportunity UNIT COLD STORAGE is a new venture backed by an $85 billion global real estate private equity platform and led by seasoned executives in logistics, development, and cold storage. We're building a new concept in modern cold chain infrastructure to serve the next generation of food and beverage businesses. We're looking for aggressive, dynamic, entry-level Sales Associates to join our founding team in Houston, Boston, and Palm Beach. You don't need prior experience -- just drive, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. We'll train you. This is a boots-on-the-ground role. You'll help us find food and beverage companies that need flexible, modern cold storage space -- and you'll learn to speak their language. Think: importers, distributors, restaurant groups, LTL Carriers, caterers, and DTC brands. You'll be the first point of contact and help open the door for our executive team to close deals. What You 'll Do * Identify and pursue leads by visiting ports, industrial parks, food terminals, and distribution zones * Engage directly with small-to-midsize food businesses -- importers, distributors, restaurant operators, logistics groups, and more * Hand out marketing materials, build face-to-face relationships, and track relevant local businesses * Monitor truck traffic and shipping/receiving patterns near ports and cold chain nodes * Build and maintain relationships with active and prospective tenants throughout their life cycle * Collaborate with company leadership and regional leasing partners to convert warm leads into executed deals * Log your activities, build local intelligence, and shape our go-to-market strategy with your insights in our CRM (i.e. HubSpot). What You 'll Learn * The fundamentals of cold storage logistics , real estate leasing , and supply chain strategy * How to evaluate food and beverage tenants and qualify leads * How to sell and close commercial real estate leases in the food sector * Real-world experience in industrial development, leasing, and operations -- at the ground level of a fast-growing business What We 're Looking For * Self-starters -- no prior real estate experience required * Charisma, grit, and confidence to walk into a business and spark a conversation * Strong communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred * Comfortable driving daily -- clean driving record required * Tech savvy enough to log activity and manage CRM tools * Regional familiarity and passion for your community is a big plus * Willingness to relocate in 12-24 months as we grow to new markets is a plus Compensation & Benefits * $52,000 base salary * Company car + travel and marketing expense account * Full health & dental insurance * 401(k) with company match * Performance incentives (first-year top performers can exceed $150K in total comp) How to Apply Please submit your resume and a short note that tells us: * Why this opportunity excites you * What makes you a great fit for this role To learn more about who we are, visit Unit Cold Storage LLC online.
