We're currently seeking driven, competitive, and coachable Internet Sales professionals to join our growing team. What You 'll Do:
• Handle high-quality inbound internet leads from RV Trader, Facebook, Google, and our website.
• Respond to prospects quickly via phone, email, text, and video.
• Follow up consistently using CRM tools to keep your pipeline moving.
• Manage the full sales cycle remotely : discovery, walk-throughs (video tours), trade evaluations, deal closing, and handoff.
• Work in a team environment to hit monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
• Maintain accurate notes and tasks in our CRM system.
• Coordinate financing, deposits, delivery timelines, and document processing with internal teams. You 'll Thrive If You Are:???????

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

:

• 2+ years of inside sales, automotive sales, RV, marine, powersports, or high-ticket phone sales.
• Familiarity with internet-based CRMs or lead management systems.
• Clear communication skills -- both written and verbal.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas or KPIs.
