We're currently seeking driven, competitive, and coachable Internet Sales professionals to join our growing team. What You 'll Do: * Handle high-quality inbound internet leads from RV Trader, Facebook, Google, and our website. * Respond to prospects quickly via phone, email, text, and video. * Follow up consistently using CRM tools to keep your pipeline moving. * Manage the full sales cycle remotely : discovery, walk-throughs (video tours), trade evaluations, deal closing, and handoff. * Work in a team environment to hit monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction benchmarks. * Maintain accurate notes and tasks in our CRM system. * Coordinate financing, deposits, delivery timelines, and document processing with internal teams. Requirements: * Preferred Qualifications: * 2+ years of inside sales, automotive sales, RV, marine, powersports, or high-ticket phone sales. * Familiarity with internet-based CRMs or lead management systems. * Clear communication skills -- both written and verbal. * A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas or KPIs. * Bilingual a plus!
