Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to spearhead our expansion at our Austin, Texas branch office. If you are a seasoned sales professional with exceptional relationship management skills, this is your opportunity to achieve uncapped earning potential. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying, securing, and nurturing our private sector client base, and positioning iTechtions as a trusted advisor for their most complex IT staffing needs. This is a hunter role with significant focus on prospecting, consultative selling, and closing deals in a competitive staffing market. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively identify and research prospective clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking events, industry research, and other lead-generation methods. * Build and maintain strong, long-term, and collaborative relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., CIOs, VP of HR, IT Directors) via phone, text, email, and social media. * Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively generate a robust pipeline of new business through focused networking events, cold outreach, and strategic research. * Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of outbound cold calls, and virtual meetings). * Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful candidate placements, high client satisfaction, and repeat business. * Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.g., expanding services to additional departments or locations). * Participate in client entertainment, industry events, and networking to strengthen relationships and generate referrals. Required Qualifications: * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing new business. * Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings * Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job * Must be able to work in the office at least 3 days a week * Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Strong hunter mentality with excellent prospecting, cold-calling, and objection-handling skills. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both verbal and written). * Comfortable with and occasional travel to industry conferences and events.
