Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth. * Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Identify customer needs through active listening and provide appropriate solutions. * Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale. * Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives and share best practices. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. * Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
