What You'll Do

• Engage with homeowners to introduce Monarc's home solutions via canvassing
• Set appointments and generate interest in our services
• Learn and master effective sales strategies through on-the-job training
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with clear performance goals

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction
