Job Responsibilities: As a Salesperson, you will play a vital role in helping customers find their dream cars and making their car-buying experience enjoyable and memorable. Your main responsibilities will include: Customer Engagement: Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner, understanding their needs and preferences to assist them in finding the perfect vehicle. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the vehicles in our inventory, including their features, specifications, and benefits, to effectively communicate and highlight their value to customers. Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and presenting purchase options while ensuring complete transparency. Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and following up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets to contribute to the dealership's overall success. Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide customers with informed recommendations. Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Qualifications: Sales Experience: Prior experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with a sales background looking to move into this field. Passion for Cars: Genuine interest and enthusiasm for automobiles, with the ability to convey this passion to customers. Customer-Focused: Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset, aiming to deliver outstanding experiences. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and articulate product information clearly. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to find win-win solutions for both the customer and the dealership. Team Player: Collaborative attitude and the ability to work well within a team environment. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using technology, including CRM systems and other sales tools. Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for test drives and other minimal business-related travel.
