Overview

We are looking for a motivated, experienced sales professional to generate and close deals with high-end clientele. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential for the right candidate. If you have a proven track record in relationship-driven sales, construction business development, home improvement, or luxury services, this is your opportunity to thrive.

Duties

Prospect and engage high-net-worth project owners through networking, referrals, and lead generation. Conduct in-home / on-site consultations to assess customer needs and present tailored solutions. Selling roofing, siding, windows, doors, exterior decks & gutter products. Selling leads generated by Rinaldi Brothers. Self-generating leads (door knocking, referrals). Communicate with insurance companies (when necessary) to help homeowners file claims. Estimate projects accurately. Close high-ticket deals and manage the sales process from start to finish. Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Collect final payment after job completion. Generate repeat business and referrals. Leads scheduled 6 days per week (8am-7pm)

Qualifications

Experience in high-end sales, preferably in roofing, siding, windows, or luxury home improvements is preferred. - Comprehensive training with top performers will be provided. Strong networking skills and ability to connect with affluent homeowners. Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities. Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and CRM software (preferred). Knowledge of and ability to learn construction technologies. Must supply and have a valid drivers license.
