Position Overview We're seeking an ethical salesperson to join our team as a Financial Representative. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career helping others achieve financial security and peace of mind. You'll start by working in-office alongside our experienced team, gaining the knowledge and skills you need. Prospecting your book of business and once you're established, you'll have the freedom to create and manage your own schedule along with earning the income you deserve. What You 'll Do * Work directly with clients to understand their financial goals and develop tailored investment and insurance plans. * Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust, integrity, and results. * Participate in comprehensive training, mentorship, and coaching programs. * Collaborate with peers and mentors in a supportive team environment. * Grow your practice through networking, referrals, and client-focused strategies. What We Offer * Compensation: Competitive base pay + commissions. Average First Year is $55,000. * Benefits: Full benefits package along with a 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. * Training & Mentorship: Hands-on coaching from successful financial professionals. * Career Growth: Earn a $1,000 bonus upon successful completion of the trainee period and promotion to Financial Representative.
