Outside Sales Executive - Roofing / Home Improvement Location: Austin, TX, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, Midland, TX Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Entry to Experienced (Training Provided) About the Role: We're seeking a motivated and energetic Outside Sales Executive to join our growing roofing and home imporvement team. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners and business owners to educate them on our roofing products and services, provide estimates, and guide them through the sales process from initial inspection to project completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being outdoors, working independently, and earning uncapped commissions based on performance. Key Responsibilities * Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and networking. * Conduct roof inspections and assess property damage or replacement needs. * Present roofing options and provide accurate project estimates. * Build strong relationships with homeowners and property managers. * Follow up on leads, manage your sales pipeline, and meet or exceed sales targets. * Work closely with the production and installation teams to ensure a smooth handoff. * Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales updates. Qualifications: * While a sales background is preferred, we encourage all to apply who are hungry to learn something new. (training provided). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. * Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections when needed. * Basic computer and mobile app proficiency.
