Job Summary The company is an Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) company specializing in electronic components. You will be responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the provision of effective methods and strategies. Duties * Maximize Sales and Profit for assigned account. * Acting as the primary contact point for Japanese clients (proficiency in Japanese required). * Coordination with the production planning department for production adjustments. * Coordinating parts delivery schedules with the procurement department. * Managing changes such as product model transitions and 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) changes in parts. * Managing the setup of new projects. Qualifications * Professional Communication skills in Japanese and English. * Experience in PCB assembly or electronics-related fields. * Experience in the automotive business is a plus.
