About the Opportunity: We're expanding our sales team across Southwest Florida and looking for motivated, reliable closers without having to find their own leads. We specialize in helping families improve their home environment through high- quality water, air, and wellness systems. Our marketing team provides the appointments, your job is to show up, run the demo, and close the deal. What You'll Do: * Run confirmed, pre-qualified in-home appointments (no cold door-knocking). * Conduct water testing demonstrations and explain the benefits. * Follow a proven 10-step close process (training provided). * Present financing options when appropriate. * Update results after each appointment. What We Provide * High-quality leads generated by our marketing, call center, social media, referrals, and canvassing teams. * Three trainings (product and sales). * Daily support from the office (appointment confirmations, reminders, rehash assistance). * Marketing materials, brand credibility, and coaching to help you succeed. What You Bring * Strong reliability and professionalism, you must show up for your assigned sits. * Great communication and presentation skills. * Prior experience in sales or customer service (home improvement, solar, or water systems experience is a plus). * Reliable transportation and a smartphone. * Fluent in English (Spanish bilingual is a plus).
